What To Expect At Your First Appointment

It’s understandable if you are feeling anxious leading up to your initial appointment. We know that it’s not easy. We go to great lengths to maximize your comfort and help you leave feeling a sense of relief.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your first appointment to confirm billing and insurance information and complete any paperwork. An average initial counseling appointment is expected to take 45-60 minutes with your therapist.
