“I meet each of my clients with compassion and empathy. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. They deserve to be treated fairly and with consistency. It is important to the therapeutic process to establish a relationship where you feel emotionally safe to explore what you have experienced in your life.

I believe that when we are seen, accepted, and understood for who we are that is where healing can begin. To have someone see and honor the darkest parts of ourselves and our lives is empowering. Sometimes life is just messy. Sometimes it feels like more than we can handle. It helps to have a space to unload and explore everything that you’re experiencing.

I strive to empower others to develop the skills and tools they need to be successful. My goal is to help you create awareness about your life, so you can decide where you want to make changes. We will focus on your strengths and work through barriers that prevent you from living your best life.”
